What we collect
Your name, contact details, booking dates, party size and payment details, collected through our booking system when you make a reservation, and any information you send us directly.
Why
To manage your reservation and communicate with you about your stay; to meet our legal obligations, including tax and tourist tax reporting; and to keep records of bookings and any disputes.

Performance of your rental contract, and our legal obligations.
Who processes it
Our booking and property management provider, Hospitable, and our payment processor, Stripe, act as processors on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the cookieless audience measurement described below. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
How long
Booking records are retained for the period required by French tax and accounting law, and no longer than necessary thereafter.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing. Contact us at hello@apartmentleo.com. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It works without cookies: nothing is stored on your device, no persistent identifier is used, and you cannot be followed from this site to any other. The measurements are aggregated and do not allow us to identify you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is useful.
The booking widget, provided by Hospitable, stores a small amount of technical data in your browser for the current session only, so that it can function. It is cleared when you close the tab. No advertising trackers are installed.
